PREPARATION

30 MINUTES / 6 SERVINGS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prepare for your biscuits.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add chopped butter and mix together until the mixture feels crumbly. Then add milk, beaten eggs, and shredded cheese and mix until just combined. Don't over mix! Drop 1/2 cup portions of the biscuit dough onto the lined pan, about 4 inches apart. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes and brush with extra melted butter on top.
  3. Fry 6 eggs individually and season with salt and pepper to taste. Lightly toast the ham in a skillet until slightly browned.
  4. Build your biscuit slider by slicing open the biscuit and stacking a slice of cheddar cheese, a slice of warm ham, a fresh fried egg, and top with a squirt of Yellowbird Ghost Pepper Condiment.
