FOR THE ALMONDS
1 C. Raw Almonds
1 Tsp. Brown Sugar
Habanero Salt, To Taste
1 Tbsp. Habanero Condiment
FOR THE HABANERO SALT
2–3 Tbsp. Habanero Condiment
1/2 C. Salt

Yellowbird Habanero Condiment
PREPARATION
20 MINUTES / 4 SERVINGS
- Preheat oven to 350˚F.
- In medium bowl, stir together almonds, Yellowbird Habanero Condiment, and brown sugar until combined. Place mixture in baking pan in a thin layer to allow a uniform cook. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Yellowbird Habanero Salt. They will continue to cook after they've been removed from the oven, so allow them to cool in baking pan.
