Yellowbird Jalapeño Goat Cheese Pizza

Creamy goat cheese, sweet spinach, and crispy cauliflower atop Yellowbird Jalapeño Hot Sauce and a thin, flaky crust... welcome to spicy pie heaven.




  • 10 Oz. of Pizza Dough
  • 1 1/2  C. Jalapeño Pizza Sauce
  • 8 Oz. Goat Cheese
  • 2 C. Cauliflower, Thinly Chopped
  • 1 C. Spinach
  • 2 Tomatoes, Diced
  • 1 C. Onions, Diced
  • 1 Tsp. Olive Oil, Coat The Pan
  • 1/4 Tsp. Basil
  • 1/4 Tsp. Oregano
  • 1/4 Tsp. Fennel



  1. Preheat oven to 500˚F.

  2. Roll out pre-made pizza dough (dough should be thin)  onto pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.

  3. Place a medium sized frying pan over medium heat and coat pan with olive oil. Add chopped cauliflower, tomatoes, and oniones to pan and sauté for 15 minutes. Set aside.

  4. Spread Yellowbird Jalapeño Condiment evenly onto the pizza crust. Sprinkle basil, oregano, fennel, and goat cheese evenly over sauce. Add sauteéd cauliflower, tomatoes, onions, and raw spinach evenly over sauce.

  5. Place in oven for 8 minutes or until cheese begins to bubble and crust turns golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 3 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
