Creamy goat cheese, sweet spinach, and crispy cauliflower atop Yellowbird Jalapeño Hot Sauce and a thin, flaky crust... welcome to spicy pie heaven.
Ingredients
FOR THE PIZZA
- 10 Oz. of Pizza Dough
- 1 1/2 C. Jalapeño Pizza Sauce
- 8 Oz. Goat Cheese
- 2 C. Cauliflower, Thinly Chopped
- 1 C. Spinach
- 2 Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 C. Onions, Diced
- 1 Tsp. Olive Oil, Coat The Pan
- 1/4 Tsp. Basil
- 1/4 Tsp. Oregano
- 1/4 Tsp. Fennel
Preparation
FOR THE PIZZA
- Preheat oven to 500˚F.
- Roll out pre-made pizza dough (dough should be thin) onto pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
- Place a medium sized frying pan over medium heat and coat pan with olive oil. Add chopped cauliflower, tomatoes, and oniones to pan and sauté for 15 minutes. Set aside.
- Spread Yellowbird Jalapeño Condiment evenly onto the pizza crust. Sprinkle basil, oregano, fennel, and goat cheese evenly over sauce. Add sauteéd cauliflower, tomatoes, onions, and raw spinach evenly over sauce.
- Place in oven for 8 minutes or until cheese begins to bubble and crust turns golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 3 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
