A little spicy, a little sweet, and so simple: meet our Blue Agave Sriracha Cauliflower Rice Bowl.
This one-pan masterpiece is magic when topped with a fried egg.
Ingredients
FOR THE DISH
- 10 oz. Riced Cauliflower
- Olive Oil, As Needed
- ½ C. Yellowbird Blue Agave Sriracha
- Fried Egg
- Peanuts, Topping
- Cilantro, Garnish
- Sriracha, To Taste
Preparation
FOR THE PICKLES
- Sauté the riced cauli in olive oil over medium heat for 6–8 minutes. (We love a cast iron skillet!)
- Add in syrup and Sriracha and continue to cook for 4 minutes.
- Garnish with peanuts, cilantro, a fried egg, and Yellowbird Sriracha.
