Yellowbird Blue Agave Sriracha Cauliflower Rice


A little spicy, a little sweet, and so simple: meet our Blue Agave Sriracha Cauliflower Rice Bowl.
This one-pan masterpiece is magic when topped with a fried egg.

 

Ingredients

FOR THE DISH

  • 10 oz. Riced Cauliflower
  • Olive Oil, As Needed
  • ½ C. Yellowbird Blue Agave Sriracha
  • Fried Egg
  • Peanuts, Topping
  • Cilantro, Garnish
  • Sriracha, To Taste

Preparation

FOR THE PICKLES

  1. Sauté the riced cauli in olive oil over medium heat for 6–8 minutes. (We love a cast iron skillet!)
  2. Add in syrup and Sriracha and continue to cook for 4 minutes.
  3. Garnish with peanuts, cilantro, a fried egg, and Yellowbird Sriracha.
