Maple Sriracha Cauliflower Rice

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE DISH

1 Pack of Riced Cauliflower

1/4 C. Maple Syrup

Peanuts, To Taste

Cilantro, To Taste

Fried Egg, To Taste

Olive Oil, As Needed

Organic Sriracha, To Taste

Yellowbird Organic Sriracha

PREPARATION

15 MINUTES / 3 SERVING

  1. Sauté the riced cauli in olive oil over medium heat for 6–8 minutes. (We love a cast iron skillet!)
  2. Add in syrup and Sriracha and continue to cook for 4 minutes.
  3. Garnish with peanuts, cilantro, a fried egg, and more sauce (duh)!
