Yellowbird Spicy Savory Crustless Quiche


Fluffy, cheesy, eggy deliciousness meets bright cherry tomatoes and Yellowbird Habanero Condiment in this quick and easy quiche.

 

Ingredients

FOR THE DISH

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 C. Feta Cheese, Crumbled
  • 1/3 C. Whole Milk
  • 1/4 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 C. Onion, Diced
  • 1/2 C. Portobello Mushroom, Sliced
  • 1 C. Kale, Chopped
  • 1 C. Cherry Tomato, Halved
  • 2 Tbsp. Habanero Condiment

Preparation

FOR THE DISH

  1. Preheat oven to 360˚F.

  2. Place an 8-inch cornering-ware or cast iron skillet on the stove over medium heat. Coat with EVOO and add prepared onions, mushrooms, and kale. Sauté until kale is crispy — about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

  3. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk, Yellowbird Habanero Condiment, and salt until well blended. Pour into skillet with sautéed veggies.

  4. Top with halved tomatoes and feta cheese and place in oven for 15–17 minutes. Allow to cool slightly then serve. Top with more Yellowbird as desired.
