This chili has no chill. Yellowbird Original Jalapeño Condiment lights a fire in this spicy meat medley. Fly fast, burn wild.
Ingredients
FOR THE CHILI
- 1 C. Yellowbird Jalapeño Condiment
- 5 Lbs Chuck Roast, Cubed
- 1 1/2 C. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 Tsp. Fresh Tamarind, Seeds Removed
- 1 Tsp. Fenugreek
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Whole Onions
Preparation
FOR THE CHILI
- Pour oil into a medium heavy saucepan with a deep-fry thermometer. Heat over medium heat to 350°.
- Add all ingredients to Instant Pot® and stir to incorporate.
- Instant Pot Method®
Select the manual setting; adjust pressure to high, and set time for 18 minutes. When finished cooking, quick-release pressure according to manufacturer's directions. - Slow Cook Method (Preferred)
Set your Instant Pot® to slow cooker setting and allow to cook for 12 hours.
