Yellowbird Sriracha Zucchini Salad


Need a break from your sad desk salad? Trust the Bird and taste a rainbow of flavor. Blue Agave Sriracha adds the colorful zest to this zucchini salad.

 

Ingredients

FOR THE SALAD

  • 10 oz. Zucchini Noodles
  • 1 C. Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
  • ½ Onion, Diced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh Basil, Chopped
  • ¼ C. Raisins
  • ½ C. Salted Pecans
  • ½ Avocado, Diced
  • ¼ C. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ C. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt, To Taste
  • Yellowbird Blue Agave Sriracha, To Taste

Preparation

FOR THE SALAD

  1. In a large bowl, add all ingredients in order.
    If you're meal prepping, leave out the EVOO and Yellowbird until you're ready to eat.
  2. Toss until all ingredients are incorporated and enjoy tasting the rainbow of realness.
