Need a break from your sad desk salad? Trust the Bird and taste a rainbow of flavor. Blue Agave Sriracha adds the colorful zest to this zucchini salad.
Ingredients
FOR THE SALAD
- 10 oz. Zucchini Noodles
- 1 C. Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- ½ Onion, Diced
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh Basil, Chopped
- ¼ C. Raisins
- ½ C. Salted Pecans
- ½ Avocado, Diced
- ¼ C. Apple Cider Vinegar
- ¼ C. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt, To Taste
- Yellowbird Blue Agave Sriracha, To Taste
Preparation
FOR THE SALAD
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients in order.
If you're meal prepping, leave out the EVOO and Yellowbird until you're ready to eat. - Toss until all ingredients are incorporated and enjoy tasting the rainbow of realness.
