4 C. Brussels Sprouts, Halved
2 Tbsp. EVOO
Salt, To Taste
1/2 C. Honey/Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp. Jalapeño Condiment

Yellowbird Jalapeño Condiment
PREPARATION
10 MINUTES / 4 SERVINGS
- Coat large sauté pan with olive oil and place over medium heat. Add halved brussels sprouts and sauté unitl golden brown and edges are crispy, stirring occasionally.
- Combine Yellowbird Jalapeño Condiment and honey or maple syrup in a small mixing bowl. Drizzle over sautéed brussels. Salt to taste and serve.
