Sweet 'N Spicy Brussels

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE DISH

4 C. Brussels Sprouts, Halved

2 Tbsp. EVOO

Salt, To Taste

1/2 C. Honey/Maple Syrup

2 Tbsp. Jalapeño Condiment

PREPARATION

10 MINUTES / 4 SERVINGS

  1. Coat large sauté pan with olive oil and place over medium heat. Add halved brussels sprouts and sauté unitl golden brown and edges are crispy, stirring occasionally.
  2. Combine Yellowbird Jalapeño Condiment and honey or maple syrup in a small mixing bowl. Drizzle over sautéed brussels. Salt to taste and serve.
