Who knows wings better than a Bird? Burn wild with these seriously tender and smokey baked wings. Serve with additional Ghost Pepper Sauce for dipping.
Ingredients
FOR THE WINGS
- 1 ½ Lbs. Chicken Wings
- Garlic Powder To Taste
- Salt + Pepper To Taste
- 1 Lemon, Zested
- 4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 6 Celery Stalks
FOR THE SAUCE
- 1/3 C. Organic Ghost Pepper Condiment
- 2 Tbsp. Ghee, Melted

Preparation
FOR THE WINGS
- Who knows wings better than a Bird? Burn wild with these seriously smokey ones. Pat wings dry and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides. Cook in the air fryer for 25 minutes at 375˚F, flipping once.
- Remove wings, toss in ghost-ghee mixture, then place back in the fryer and finish for 3 minutes at 375˚F for extra crispiness.
- Sprinkle finished wings with lemon zest and minced garlic. Serve with additional sauce to dip and celery!
FOR THE SAUCE
- While the wings cook, mix Yellowbird Organic Ghost Pepper Sauce and melted Ghee together.
