Ingredients
FOR THE SERRANO HEIRLOOM TOMATO TOAST
- 1 thick slice of ciabatta
- 1 Heirloom Tomato, Sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Cream Cheese
- Fresh Basil, To Taste
- Black Sesame Seeds, To Taste
- 1/2 Tbsp. Serrano Condiment
FOR THE SRIRACHA PEANUT BUTTER TOAST
- 1 thick slice of whole wheat bread
- 1–2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
- ½ Scallion, Chopped
- Cilantro, To Taste
- Thai Chili, Chopped
- Blue Agave Sriracha, To Taste
FOR THE HABANERO AVOCADO TOAST
- 1 thick slice of sourdough bread
- ½ Avocado, Mashed
- 1 Pickled Radish, Thinly Sliced
- Cilantro, To Taste
- Black Sesame Seeds, To Taste
- Habanero Condiment, To Taste
Preparation
FOR THE SERRANO HEIRLOOM TOMATO TOAST
- Gather and prepare all your ingredients.
- In order, layer the ciabatta, cream cheese, tomato, basil, sesame seeds, and Yellowbird Serrano Condiment.
- Double up for a spicy caprese sandwich!
FOR THE SRIRACHA PEANUT BUTTER TOAST
- Gather and prepare all your ingredients.
- In order, layer the whole wheat, peanut butter, Yellowbird Blue Agave Sriracha, scallions, and cilantro.
- Top it off with a fresh Thai chili for even more heat.
