    Bit frightened at first ….

    Incredible bit of heat, but again, love how Yellowbird retains the additional flavors. That little bit of sweetness really makes this a fantastic add to a dinner.

    I have been extremely happy with the Yellowbird sauces I have tried, so when I heard about the Plum Reaper, I had to try it. At first glance you may be worried about the heat from the Reapers, but the plum is a nice balance and keeps it enjoyable. It has a nice kick at the front, and has a nice, slow burn as you enjoy more it. All in all, I would say it is a great, well rounded sauce that can be enjoyed on almost anything.

    Good, should be hotter.

    Is a nice flavor, and was good on ice cream. I did expect it to be a little hotter since it is reaper pepper but still a very enjoyable.

    Alarming Heat but lots of Flavor!

    I had it on wings and it definitely packs a punch! I plan to try it on tacos next! I love really hot food and this fits the bill!

    Best Sauce Ever

    This is the most delicious hot sauce ever! Could you please return it in its glass container. The small batches were really great in the glass container (it made them look special) and the thin squeezables are not as easy to squeeze as the large classics. And if you are thinking what I’m thinking, yes, I would buy a large swueezable container of the small batches for $50.
