This is by far my favorite hot sauce of all time. That’s not hyperbole - I truly mean it. I put serronic on everything. Eggs, pasta, potatoes, sandwiches, tacos, sushi, you name it.
This sauce packs a lot of heat as YellowBird is prone to making, but the flavor is the key component here. The fresh bite of the cherry bombs combined with the umami-ness of the mushrooms accentuates every flavor of every bite.
Pro-tip: save your empty bottle of jalapeño or habanero sauce and transfer Serronic into it for easy to squeeze application. :)

This was an incredibly delicious sauce, limited edition and spicy for the holidays. It was well worth the price, I only wish the bottle was bigger. It was very sad when I ran out.

Awesome flavor with a good amount of heat. Used it as a sauce on fajitas. When can I buy this in stores?

I bought this sauce on a lark. Why would anyone buy a small batch hot sauce?! Well, the answer is because it’s amazing! You can really tell that they geared the heat toward fans of spice. And the flavors remind me of the mystery wood roasted red sauce on the table of my favorite restaurant with an added hint of sesame seed oil and the perfect hit of garlic. If you’re in your late 30s and in the market for something that lets the ladies know you’re still “with it” this is the perfect sauce for you!
