A melt-in-your-mouth, low n' slow roast habanero turkey recipe.

A melt-in-your-mouth, low n' slow roast habanero turkey recipe that'll make your Uncle Bob say, "OOWEE, that's a spicy meat-a-ball," and your Grandma whisper a request for your secret recipe, to which you will reply, "I got you Grandma. I wrote it in invisible ink on a "blank" sheet of ruled paper that's unassumingly sitting atop your bedside table next to your reading glasses, precious moments figurine, and creepy-cute, one-eyed cat named Willy."

  1. Preheat the oven to 250˚F.

  2. Mix equal parts salt and pepper in a bowl and rub over thawed turkey, ensuring full, but not excessive coverage. Place the turkey in the oven and cook for one hour.

  3. While turkey is roasting, add beer, molasses, coconut oil, and Yellowbird Habanero Condiment to a saucepan over medium heat and stir until fully combined. Remove from heat.

  4. After the turkey has cooked for one hour, pour baste mixture over the entire turkey and continue cooking for the remaining time or until the turkey is fully cooked. Remember to baste the turkey every hour with liquids from the bottom of the roasting pan.
