I generally don’t use a lot of hot sauces, but this one is by far my favorite. It’s tangy with a little kick and perfect for ski day breakfasts, camping, or for use at home! It’s genuinely my favorite hot sauce and I highly recommend it!!

My husband and I would consider ourselves hot sauce enthusiasts, it’s our ketchup and mustard for any and all foods!
While we thought we had amassed a healthy array, we were gifted a set of Yellowbird sauces at Xmas 2023, I figured…huh…refrigerated you say? There’s no way it’ll be THAT good but I’m a sucker for “green hotness” so we popped open the Serrano for some burritos we made.
MY GOD, out of this world. Flavorful, but keeps the heat. A slower burn, you’ll want to keep going back for more!
