I am a frequent flier in the bird program. Organic habanero is my usual go to and have tried pretty much every sauce they have except for super seronic, and previously, the garlic shiitake. I was a little hesitant at first because of the advertised heat but you will suck it up for the flavor. Might be my new favorite

I’ve tried all the daily sauces and found great use for them in my diet :)

On the small batch side I’ve been limited to the Super Seronic, which is just the bomb!

As it would turn out this year the Sauce Gods shine down and let me try some new small batch sauces. I started with this one, I’d put off this one thinking maybe it be just burn and no flavor. Boy I was so so wrong. This one packs a punch heat wise but not over the top and keeps a delicious sultry taste. I’ve tried it on an assortment of foods from dipping veggies, mixing in pasta sauce, sautéing in stirfry and topping tacos, burgers, pizza, dogs, tacos etc.

I’m not going to lie. It’s just damn good.

I even mixed in my BBQ seitan tacos 😉

This is the best yellowbird sauce that i've tried, and that's saying something since i've tried almost all of them. The heat that this one brings is next level while still keeping the great flavor. It's not just heat for the sake of heat. I got a bottle for christmas from a friend and have since ordered 2 more. As they as yellowbird makes this, i'll have a bottle in my fridge. I'm throwing it on wings, eggs, toast, tacos, breakfast, kolaches, and everything else i can get my hands one. Tip o the hat to y'all. keep up the good work!
