We bought the 7 hottest Yellowbird sauces so we could taste and compare them all at once. Gotta be honest, we like them all!!!! But… Habanero continues to be the very best one for both of us! There is pretty much nothing we won’t put it on!

It's an excellent variety and high quality, but it's very spicy. I'll replace it with Serrano or Serracha. In the future
