This eats more like a traditional sauce than a hot sauce. It is thicker and smooth and has a very, very low level of heat. It is a good flavor, but hard to describe. The tahini flavor is there, but a little in the background. It works really well on Greek/Italian chicken breast. I’ll go through it quickly as you have to use quite a bit because it’s a little subtle.

First time having the Hatch Tahini, the literal only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the yellowbird Serrano is still just so much better even though this hot sauce is amazing in itself. Don't let that dissuade you though, I definitely want more of this and its amazing in its own right, I quite enjoyed it on some wings. Its a very mild flavor and mild heat, but great taste.
