We purchased the jalapeño online after finding only the Serrano hot sauce locally. I thought both were fantastic. We also purchased the Ghost Pepper and Habanero and haven’t opened them yet. I’ll definitely be reordering!

There is hot sauce, and then there is Yellowbird Jalapeño. I did not realize that after 40 years of eating scrambled eggs, I had never had GOOD scrambled eggs because I had never had Yellowbird Jalapeño hot sauce. You think I'm exaggerating, but I ran out of Yellowbird Jalapeño hot sauce and I just stopped eating eggs because there was no point. It doesn't overshadow the flavor of whatever you're eating, it just enhances every aspect of it. I'm damn close to putting this stuff on an oreo just to find out.
