Love this and all the Yellowbird sauces. Use them on just about anything and everything - and in recipes and to add a special zing to yummy sauces. Such unique and yet warmly familiar flavors. This is the first time trying this Jalapeño flavor -- I've tried almost all of them and love them all. Still can't pick a favorite. Habanero, Ghost, Sriracha, Serrano and the small batch special flavors all = YUM. Also give as great gifts!
LOVE that they have organic versions of many flavors -- I buy them on the regular to keep them "in stock" and try to never run out!

This sauce is very flavorful and works on almost everything. The spice level is low, but present and the flavor is excellent. Great on tacos, eggs, sandwiches, burgers, etc.
