Serrano is best for a milder heat… amazing on burritos. Habanero is hotter and great for enchiladas. Ghost Pepper too hot unless you wanna bring the heat!!
Sriracha great on all Asian food and that leaves Jalapeño which I haven’t tried as yet…

I was first introduced to Yellowbird hot sauce when I was introduced to Yellowbird hot sauce when I got some of the Habanero as a birthday gift. I thoroughly enjoyed that, so I thought I’d try the other flavors. I bought the Serrano and I don’t think I will ever have a different hot sauce again. This hot sauce is so good, I put it on everything…

This is my current favorite "kinda hot" hot sauce. It is my absolute favorite on omelettes and hash browns. Also, it's a grand addition to a bloody mary. I guess if you're about to have brunch, be sure to have this sauce on your table!
