I won a gift card for Yellowbird through a giveaway so we purchased this pack. Loved 2/3 sauces. I expected the garlic shitake to be a bit more garlicky, but that wasn't the case and it was a bit warm for me. Loved the other two and I'll definitely be using them regularly. My favorite from yellowbird will always be the organic sriracha, yum! Also, I need some yellowbird merch!

Ya see what happened was I pan fried some chicken thighs. When they were done I took off the skins and put them back in a not to damn
hot pan they got good and toasty. Put that on a plate dipping in strawberry ginger sauce. Now that was a treat. Oh yeah every other bite had some garlic shitakesauce on . I can't put that stuff down. Talk to ya later adios

I absolutely love all 3 of the small batch sauces. I think the strawberry ginger one is a bit more situational as it's tart and not really hot at all to me.
The Garlic Shiitake are both amazing. If you like spice, the garlic shiitake is very hot and it's my favorite for that reason. You get the earthy umami taste of the shiitake on the back end if you can handle the spice.
The Plum Reaper is also spicy, but not as forward as the Garlic Shiitake, it has a very tangy up front flavor followed by a good heat. This one is probably the most well rounded of the three that can go on a lot of foods.
10/10 for these flavors.

I was devastated when I thought the Bliss & Vinegar sauce had been discontinued -- turns out it just got a rebrand! "Strawberry Ginger" is still just as good as it was under the old name. Perfect balance of tangy and spicy. I put it on everything. The other two varieties were new to me, but I am also loving them. Garlic Shiitake is VERY hot if you taste it straight but plays well with food. You can really taste the mushroom umami in it. Plum Reaper is a bit more tame and the plum comes through in a really interesting savory way rather than sweet. Strawberry Ginger is still my go-to, but the others are working their way into the rotation!
