I won a gift card for Yellowbird through a giveaway so we purchased this pack. Loved 2/3 sauces. I expected the garlic shitake to be a bit more garlicky, but that wasn't the case and it was a bit warm for me. Loved the other two and I'll definitely be using them regularly. My favorite from yellowbird will always be the organic sriracha, yum! Also, I need some yellowbird merch!

This is by far my favorite hot sauce of all time. That’s not hyperbole - I truly mean it. I put serronic on everything. Eggs, pasta, potatoes, sandwiches, tacos, sushi, you name it.

This sauce packs a lot of heat as YellowBird is prone to making, but the flavor is the key component here. The fresh bite of the cherry bombs combined with the umami-ness of the mushrooms accentuates every flavor of every bite.

Pro-tip: save your empty bottle of jalapeño or habanero sauce and transfer Serronic into it for easy to squeeze application. :)

This is the best yellowbird sauce that i've tried, and that's saying something since i've tried almost all of them. The heat that this one brings is next level while still keeping the great flavor. It's not just heat for the sake of heat. I got a bottle for christmas from a friend and have since ordered 2 more. As they as yellowbird makes this, i'll have a bottle in my fridge. I'm throwing it on wings, eggs, toast, tacos, breakfast, kolaches, and everything else i can get my hands one. Tip o the hat to y'all. keep up the good work!
